I acknowledge and accept that when I book and attend a service with NetFamily Enterprises Inc., I’m participating entirely voluntary, and all risk is voluntary assumed by me. I agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the company, their officers, agents or employees. This waiver releases the company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after the service.

 

I understand that NetFamily Enterprises Inc. has rules and regulations for each tour or event. I understand that is important for my safety, and the safety of the group, that all rules and regulations given by the professional driver are obeyed. I will make every effort to obey the company personnel, all safety rules, and will ask for clarification if needed.

 

By booking a tour with NetFamily Enterprises Inc., I have agreed to the terms of this Waiver form, and I agree to hold the company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries occurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. By booking a tour with NetFamily Enterprises Inc., I have also agreed to their Booking Policy, Late Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

 

I acknowledge the risks involved with the service I have booked, including, but not limited to, muscle tears, sprains, and other injuries. I certify that my participation is voluntary and I have been made aware of the risks.
