BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
LATE POLICY
Children aged 15 and under must have a legal guardian with them on all tours.
All tour attendants must adhere to the rules of the tour van, set by the guide.
Refunds will not be provided to customers who fail to adhere to our Late Policy, or our Cancellation Policy.
Please note that by agreeing to our booking terms, you are also consenting to our late policy and cancellation policy. We encourage you to review these policies below.
We want you to have the best experience possible on your tour, so please arrive on time for your scheduled departure.
If you are running late for your tour, please call us at 604-347-9805. However, please note that we cannot guarantee special accommodations or provide a refund if you arrive late and miss the bus. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, but if you need to cancel your tour booking, we kindly request at least three days' notice to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations made three days or more prior to the tour date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made at least two days prior to the tour date will receive a 60% refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the tour date will not receive a refund.
