Are there any rules on the tour van?
No alcohol, smoking or drug use on the tour van.
No profanity or disrespectful speech.
No littering.
No feet up on the van seats.
No spitting in the van.
No passengers are allowed to stay on the tour van when the group is visiting a site. No oversized bags on board. Carry-ons must be under 22” x 14” x 9”.
Can I drink or smoke on the tour van?
Our tour van is a safe and comfortable space for everyone on board. As such, alcohol, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the tour van.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the start of the tour.
60% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the start of the tour.
No refund if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the start of the tour.
Can you change the pick up/drop off location?
Each tour we offer has a specific pick-up and drop-off location that has been carefully selected to ensure the most efficient and enjoyable experience for all of our clients. Unless you have booked a private tour or there is an emergency, we cannot change the pick-up or drop-off location out of respect for our other clients.
Are additional tickets prices on the tour included in your tour price?
Any additional ticket prices outlined in the tour itinerary are not included in the guided-tour price. We encourage you to review the itinerary carefully to determine if any additional ticket prices that may arise. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will clarify any additional costs.
Will you cancel the trip if its raining?
No, our tours are scheduled to take place regardless of the weather conditions. Whether it is raining or sunny, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience during your time with us. We suggest that you prepare for the weather conditions by looking at the local forecast and dressing appropriately. If you are unsure what to pack, send us a message and we'd be happy to help! Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime, and leave the rest to us!
Do you have any guidelines for the prevention of COVID-19?
We are closely following the recommendations set out by the BC Government regarding COVID-19 safety measures, as your safety is our top priority. You do not need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to join our guided tours, and you do not need to wear a mask during the tour either.
While we do not require vaccination or mask-wearing during the tour, we do encourage you to follow any personal safety guidelines that you may have. We also request that you do not attend the tour if you are feeling unwell.
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers, and we will continue to monitor and adjust our safety measures as needed.
Are the Vans clean and sanitized?
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our tour vans are clean and safe for your use. All of our tour vans are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every trip. We use industry-standard cleaning products and procedures to ensure our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
What if I’m travelling with an infant, toddler or kid under 12 years old?
We want to ensure that our youngest guests are safe and comfortable during their time with us, and we are happy to provide booster seats for children on our tour vans. However, if your child requires a toddler seat, you will need to bring your own.
